At an event sponsored by Vegas 惟美360, 5 sponsor awards were given out: (Perfect Body Award) went to #16 Juliana Kwok, (Best Skincare Award) winner was #2 Jessica Wong, (Cosmetics Experience Award) went to #5 Debbie Leung and (Cosmetics Knowledge Awards) went to both #4 Lynn Wang and #10 Zora Chen.

#15 Hilary Chong takes home the first award of the pageant, the 「越南越愛香港小姐獎」”My Favorite Miss HK award” during the Shining Vietnam Gala Dinner. The finalists also wore the traditional Ao Dai during the event.
The Finalists take a ride in traditional basket boats (Thung Chai) and dance in front of Da Nang Cathedral (Da Nang Pink Church).

The 17 Finalists for Miss Hong Kong 2023 have been selected after being whittled down from an original 26 contestants (4 of which withdrew and then another 4 eliminated). There were supposed to be 18 Finalists but contestant Lea Ho withdrew after being named top 18. The contestants are currently doing overseas filming in Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam. The finals are slated for August 27.
